My First Sega Saturn!; Looking for solutions for Disc Only games

My boyfriend and I found a sega Saturn in the wild yesterday! It was in great condition at an awesome price.

Sadly, complete Saturn games are expensive and replacement cases are hard to come by. Any suggestions on how to use jewel cd cases to make disc only games presentable? Is there any streamlined way to modify "long box" scans from coverproject to fit a jewel case?

also, any suggestions for good, lower priced saturn games are welcome :)

You could find scans of the Japanese inlays, they came in regular CD cases.

Sega Does What Nintendon't

Unfortunately most of the good games are still going to run you around the $40 - $60 range complete because more than likely you will have to get them from places like eBay.

Cheap(er) Saturn Games worth your time...

  • Daytona USA
  • SEGA Rally Championship
  • Virtua Fighter series
  • Fighters Megamix
  • Galactic Attack

Mid ranged Saturn games...

  • Astal
  • Three Dirty Dwarves
  • NiGHTS into Dreams
  • Panzer Dragoon / Zwei
  • Die Hard Arcade
  • In the Hunt
  • Shinobi Legions
  • Mr. Bones
  • Dark Savior
  • Rayman

Some games like Sonic R are much cheaper to get the Japanese versions so picking up a Action Replay 4M Auto Plus will not only pay for its self but also open up all the Japanese exclusives for the console.

Cheap(er) Imports...

  • Fantasic Pinball Kyuutenkai
  • Prikura Daisakusen
  • Sengoku Blade Ace Episode II
  • Gunbird
  • Gokujyo Parodius-Da! Deluxe Pack
  • Kingdom Grand Prix Mahou Daisakusen
  • Game Tengoku ~The Game Paradise!

Thanks for the suggestions! I understand what you mean when you say "cheap(er)" haha!

Collecting for the Saturn is expensive. I've been researching the games for a while and there are really not cheap titles. I figure if I can come up with a way to present an incomplete, disc only collection, I will be able to afford more games to play.
