Hey all, Now that this title has finally gotten a release date, who's getting really excited for it's release? The game just looks so unique, and fun. I love the super sentai/viewtiful joe resemblance, and the massive-multi management system. Thoughts? |

This is one of the few games on the Wii U that I am honestly looking forward to and it'll probably be one of the first games I get for the system once it's out. Platinum games rarely disappoints. |

Anyone have any thoughts on this game? It dropped to $30 bucks on Amazon. I love Vanquish, Bayonetta, and Metal Gear Rising from Platinum so I'm definitely interested in checking this game out. (Not a fan of Anarchy Reigns). Is it a quirky action game like Viewtiful Joe was or more in line with MGR? |

I really liked the game myself. It does have a learning curve not because of bad controls or anything but because of how much is going on all at once. The game gets easier the more you invest into it because you will be upgrading and unlocking skills as well as finding more of the Wonderful 100 to aid you. The games presentation is a mixture of Power Rangers, Sailor Moon and Godzilla all mixed together! More or less everything that's cool and cheesy at the same time in those types of live action Japanese shows can be found here as well as other stereotypical comic book hero antics! IMO the game is a masterpiece and @ $30 I highly recommend you give it a shot. They only thing I ever saw any reviewer say negative about the game was about the difficulty and at times it will make you want to pull your hair out. The difficulty isn't ever hard because the game is cheating you or anything its because you mistimed a block or used move x when you should of used move y. This makes the game so much more rewarding when you do complete the challenge and like I said the more you play the game upgrading and such the easier it gets. Its truly a shame that reviewers gave this game low scores because of difficulty. Placing the game in a genre isn't a easy task because really I haven't played anything like it. Its a beat 'em up at its core... a very weird and challenging one but that's part of the charm. Edited by majinpowers, Jan 6 2014, 02:59 AM.

So this game has been sitting on am shelf I finally got around to it and I am likely this way more than I thought I would. I am still early in the game but I am enjoying that gameplay and the loving the humor. There are definitely some frustrating parts. Like what has already mention my other people there is a very big learning curve and at time very poor instruction. There are times that even when it is trying to tell me to do something I don’t know what it wants me to do. I also want to know who was the guy who thought that it would be a good idea to not give you the block and dodge by default. |

I like the multiplayer aspect of the game the most. It is a solid title all around and one of the more unique experiences I've had in a while. |
