It's been an interesting week on Rascal Land, with the changing of web hosts wreaking havoc on the episode postings and the website, and the ensuring drama with trying to get that fix. Not that any of this deters our rasciality, as you will hear Ben and Andy go off about some of their worst experiences in customer service. A topical discussion given the drama of the past week.
