I was going to say X-com: Terror from the Deep, but something in my head stopped me. I loved the game but for some reason i prefered the first one more. I'm still looking for a copy of I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, i love Ellisons writing and completely missed this game back in the day. Also, Warcraft II is from 1995? Jesus...i can't believe that haha. Doesn't seem like that long ago.

My pick WOULD have been Warcraft 2, but I didn't get it untill the Battle.Net edition was released, and since it's not the same version it feels like a cheaty answer So, taking that in to account, my answer is clear:
