a lot of people say a lot stupid shit when it comes to gaming. (this I think was a old topic but I'm to lazy to look for it) just tell a short story about something stupid you heard. last week I heard my friend say "I cant wait until they come out with a new assassin's creed game" in GameStop, over heard a girl, "I'm looking for the a game called call of battlefield" playing COD: world at war Zombie, some douchebag said "when you get to level 120 all the zombies turn into zombies Hitler" |

I will spin the thread a bit. When are you going to grow up and stop playing games? Whenever I hear that I facepalm. My response is when are you going to stop watching movies, TV, or listening to music. Some people still don't understand that gaming is another entertainment medium and not just a gimmick for kids.

Many many Moon's ago when I was a kid and Arcades were still relevant, I was at a local Mall arcade playing a game. I see a little kid go up to a Super Street Fighter II cab and say "Wow, Street Fighter II!". Didn't mind that. But then he goes up to a Mortal Kombat machine and says... "Wow, Street Fighter 1!". Hah, dumb little twerp! But yeah, he was just a young lad.

The stupidest thing I heard was some kid in the comments section of some YT video calling someone a foul name. I couldn't remember what he said but it was unjust as the guy in the original video was simply showing an easter egg in GTAIV. Well that's not the stupidest thing. The stupidest thing he said was his home address in one of his videos. "Increasing the 3D slider on the 3DS drains more batteries". The only thing that the slider does is that it changes the positions of the two images that are being displayed on the screen. The images are rendered regardless of what the slider is set to. |

Not one to judge too much because everyone has their favorite consoles, but... Hearing some of the Jaguar people compare it's power and processing ability as compared to the PS2 and Xbox was just silly. Especially the notions that it's still the most powerful system ever created. |

Yeah, that is complete BS. I heard someone the other day say, "The Xbox One still has the online check in! They extended the check-in period to a week instead of 24 hours!" Either this dude was misinformed or is a major Sony fan boy. I deal with a lot of weirdos where I work. Also, "Nintendo is for kids and people blinded by nostalgia only!" I don't get nostalgic feelings when playing new Nintendo games at all. Maybe I just don't have a heart.. but I still know that pretty much all Nintendo games are very fun for all ages. Also, when people say that FFXIII is a horrible game and seem to take it personally that Square Enix even released the game. It's not that horrible, many games are much worse. I heard GameTrailers say that Final Fantasy XIV should still be called Versus XIII. That's cool that you think that, but I'm pretty sure Square Enix isn't going to change it back.
