That's pretty bold for a Black Friday sale when you have no guarantee of your stores getting those games right?

Posts: 3,129 Group: Moderator Member #511 Joined: Apr 6, 2009	Well it does say pre owned, so it's not so much of the stores "getting those games" as it is them maybe having some used ones on hand. With any pre owned game I don't think anyone can reasonably expect every store to have them in stock, let alone enough for everyone that wants one. Now if they were advertising them as new for that price I'd be surprised. They're playing it safe by advertising the price for used games because they know they don't guarantee any used game stock.

Right but they're opening new ones and selling them as pre-owned... you don't expect every store to have a used copy of a "rare" game because I had a tough time finding lots of stuff there. Maybe it's not as bad as I think but I'm still pretty PO'd about it.

Opening a new game and selling for a used price beats their practice of opening a new game and selling for a new price but still stupid. I can't remember the last time I shopped in a gamestop. They used to have buy 2 get 1 sales every couple of months, and was one of the main ways I initially built up my ds collection in it's early days, getting 6-12 games at a time for rather cheap. Then gamestop got worse and worse and amazon was the one stop shop for me.
