So I banged up my wrist lately and I'm not able to put pressure on it when I'm in the push up start position. Any pointers on what I can do to improve push ups while actually unable to do push ups?

With joints, you want to RICE it. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.

Once you've gotten over the strain, start doing pushups from your knees. Will allow you to build up, before you go back to doing standard pushups. Nice and easy, wins the race.

Don't rush back, cos you'll only injure yourself :)

So I have a bit if a new routine going. With the recent update to the Zombies Run app they now have a nice 20-25 minute interval training option. Along with the season 3 of missions, I'm excited! Doing that in the morning paired up with some weight/mission run at night for the next three weeks I should see if it's working.
Another goal to see if my workouts are going well is using the Wii U fit counter to see how many calouries I've burnt, but only using it during workouts. So the 935 cal goal a day will be a lot harder to achieve without the 500~ or so cal burnt by just living day to day.

Glad its going well man.

My only advise, is don't get caught up on the calorie counting too much. Have a rough idea of ins versus outs, and you'll be fine <3

Yeah I wasn't going to be counting calories per say, its just if I'm able to get near the Wii's standard of "healthy" then I no longer have to worry about height/weight requirements. I know I'm alright however I can always use the extra wiggle room
