It's not in any particular order, just some titles I'm looking forward to playing in the coming year. South Park: The Stick of Truth Titanfall Watch Dogs Destiny Peggle 2 (whenever it gets a release outside of the Xbox One) Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Bayonetta 2 (I'll likely get a Wii U just for that) Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Thief Dark Souls II Dragon Age III Earth Defense Force 2025 Tales of Symphonia Chronicles The Witcher 3 Fable Anniversary Sine I won't be getting the Xbox One or PS4 in the foreseeable future, the above games will mostly be for the Xbox 360 or the PC, or the Wii U for a few select titles if I decide to buy one.

Age of Wonders III Love the first 2 games and think a 3rd is looooooong overdue! Carmageddon: Reincarnation Carmageddon worked into a new engine, as long as it has the same old anarchy and bloodshed of the first 2 games then i'm sure we're all in for a bit of fun! Dark Souls II It took me too long to get into Dark Souls and i want to be there right from the beginning of this. The Gabriel Knight 20th Anniversary Remake Easily one of the best adventure games ever made, hopefully this will rekindle interest in the series and maybe make itself kn won to some potential would-be fans. It sure as hell deserves it! Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty! It's Oddworld, it's Abe, it's another game full of side scrolling platform goodness in the style of the original Flashback/Prince of Persia/Blackthorne...that's all i need to know Thief 4 I'm on the fence about this but it is Thief, and that name alone is enough to make me moist.

I'll get my hopes up and see whether Bethesda will unveil the game at E3, with a scheduled fall release. I look up info every week about Fallout 4 and sorry, we wont see the next fallout until at least Spring 2015 because Bethesda is busy with ESO, wolfenstein, and some other game. ESO is the main reason we wont see fallout for a while.

I say that because of the heavy preference towards Western Titles. The only Japanese game you chose was Dark Souls 2 and that is basically a WRPG in my book.

The last couple of years have been great but I would love to see games released like back in the golden era of adventure games. At the least I hope it does good enough to get a part 4 in the series, or a remake of part three if not a new game.

I can't wait to play anniversary (I can pretty much walk through the first game blind folded so I'm looking forward to seeing it looking absolutely gorgeous with new graphics), does anyone know if they have effected gameplay at all? So the HUD etc? And then Fable Legends actually looks like a very exciting prospect to me. A lot of fans have been giving it hate as they are crying out for a Fable 4 but I totally understand that Lionhead needs to differentiate to keep the brand moving forward, and going back to pre-Fable time is just what I wanted! Other than that this will be the year that I pick up an Xbox one so I think that's where most of my money will be going!

I'm far from the only person to have this opinion, and I would consider myself a pretty hardcore ES fan. Design, questing and combat are bland, boring and janky respectivley. For me there's no saving it, unless the switch to a GW2 style model with a heavy discount I won't ever be buying in.
