Bullet Soul: Infinite Soul is the sequel to Bullet Soul (which is region free btw) which was released in 2011 on the 360. It looks like the sequel will feature:

- 4 characters to choose from
- Normal Mode, Caravan Mode, Score Attack mode and Burst mode

The tagline in the trailer is literary: "World! This is Japanese shooter!!!"

Official trailer:

It hasn't been confirmed yet whether or not it's region free.

I hope its region free! Would love to get a Japanese 360 if they wasn't so expensive and a little more reliable. (I have had bad luck with 360 hardware)

I haven't had any issues with my J360 so far (I have the Elite Slim 250GB) but it's probably just a matter of time before I see the RROD... I think that I'm going to pick up a few spare ones later down the road so that I have extras for whenever the system is being discontinued. They are pretty expensive but the Asian models are a bit cheaper (~$100 cheaper) than the Japanese ones and they are still in the same NTSC-J region so they will play all of the Japanese titles.

I'll make sure to post here whenever the region status for the game has been confirmed.

Do the Asian models work on PAL Power standard? or are they the same as a Japanese system? I would have to buy a new Power converter if its PAL because I only have one made to work with my Japanese consoles.

You don't need to worry about converters, you can use a power supply that's built for your own region:

I've been running my J360 with a NA 360 power supply even since I got it and I haven't had any issues.

It appears that the game has been delayed to TBA 2014 :( I find it a bit odd given that it's less than two weeks left until the release date.
